Terms and conditions
Booking
Weekly rentals commence at 4pm Saturday and the cottage must be vacated by 10am Saturday.
Short break rentals are for a minimum of three nights, either Monday-Friday or Friday-Monday. Short break rentals commence at 4pm on the arrival date and end at 10am on the date of departure.
Telephone and email bookings will be held for one week from the date of enquiry and confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required if the arrival date is more than six weeks away.
The balance of the fee is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Holidays arranged within 6 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.
Holidays arranged within 10 days of the arrival date must be paid in full in cash on arrival.
Cancellation
In the event of your holiday booking being cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date the full cost will be payable. If it is possible to re-let the cottage, payment will be refunded minus the deposit. Holiday insurance is recommended.
