The cottage
Avocet Cottage is a refurbished 3 bedroom, semi-detached cottage bungalow offering self-catering accommodation for up to four people. It is situated approximately 5 minutes walk from Comrie village centre.
The cottage has gas central heating and sleeps four people. The accommodation comprises:
- Entrance Hall
- Living Room with coal effect gas fire, TV, DVD player, CD player.
- Kitchen/Dining Room with fridge, washer drier, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. Door to rear garden.
- Three bedrooms all with wardrobes.
- Bedroom 1 - Double
- Bedroom 2 - Single
- Bedroom 3 - Single
- Bathroom with shower over bath
There are enclosed gardens front and rear and off-street parking for up to three cars. There is a garden shed for bike storage. However, bikes are stored at your own risk.
All gas, electricity, bedding and towels are included in the price.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
